We start by understanding the property itself — its history, condition, architecture, and constraints — alongside your priorities, timeline, and long-term objectives.
We assess factors that may influence strategy and value, including preservation considerations, zoning context, redevelopment potential, and buyer demand. This stage is about clarity, not pressure.
Based on what we uncover, we create a clear plan — whether that involves pricing and positioning for sale, acquisition guidance, preparation recommendations, or long-term planning.
We manage the details with care: coordination, communication, negotiation, and follow-through — adjusting strategy as needed and keeping you informed at every step.

My pricing strategy uses five pillars: market data, condition analysis, neighborhood desirability, buyer psychology, and historic/architectural significance. The goal is to maximize demand upfront for the strongest offers.
I advise on what to fix, refresh, or leave untouched; which improvements yield the highest return; decluttering; curb appeal; staging; and coordinating trusted vendors. I quarterback the entire process so you don’t have to.
Photography & Video: Architectural photography, drone footage, lifestyle tours, and optional narrative videos. MLS & Online: High-impact, story-led listing copy. Print & Community: Brochures, neighborhood mailers, and community-driven promotion. Your home is positioned, amplified, and presented — not just listed.
I negotiate with data, emotional intelligence, and a clear focus on your bottom line. You’ll always know what’s happening and why.
Inspection coordination, appraisal strategy, financing oversight, title communication, timelines, contingencies, and settlement preparation — all handled with care.
I don’t just open doors — I open possibilities. My experience buying, selling, renovating, redeveloping, and investing helps you understand potential, renovation feasibility, zoning, incentives, and risks with clarity.

I analyze renovation scope, rental potential, ROI, neighborhood demand, and long-term wealth-building opportunities — even if you’re not an investor.
Through relationships, community involvement, and redevelopment work, I identify off-market homes, pocket listings, legacy properties, and early-stage opportunities.

Posted on khan adilaVerified We had the absolute pleasure of working with Amity, and we couldn't be more grateful for her help in finding the perfect home to rent while we search for our permanent residence in California. From the very beginning, Amity demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a deep understanding of our needs. She took the time to listen to our preferences and made sure we felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. Her local expertise and attention to detail were invaluable, helping us navigate the competitive market with ease. Amity went above and beyond to ensure that every property we considered met our criteria, and her commitment to finding the best fit for us was evident at every step. Thanks to Amity, we are now settled in a home that not only suits our current needs but also makes us excited for the next chapter of our journey. We highly recommend Amity to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring real estate professional.Posted on Gavin HayesVerified Amity was incredible helpful to us through this whole process. It was our first time buying a home and we had no idea what to do or what to expect. She was there by our side to keep us at ease. She walked us through each decision, kept our guideline and price point as priority , was able to show new listening sometimes before they hit the market, all the while teaching us the whole process along the way. Anytime we had a question or concern she responded immediately never leaving us to stress or wonder about our next move. Amity was very easy to talk to and made us feel great about each decision we made. We would highly recommend her as your new or next realtor. We now have a perfect new home for our family and we couldn’t be more excited. Thank you Amity -Hayes familyPosted on Miguel A TorresVerified From Day 1 Amity has been the most on point realtor we’ve ever had. She took us to a beautiful property in Malibu. We were a little nervous about the distance, but she continuously reminded us of the unique experience and environment of the house and the progress that could mean for ourselves and our careers. Once we chose to head to to Malibu (on the day of move in) she quickly and flawlessly executed the deal at a lower rate than expected with a comfortable security deposit. She has continued to negotiate on our behalf with the landlord, neighborhood and surrounding entities to make our stay perfect and to exceed our original expectations. An even bigger feat, considering the challenges running an artist/content space presents for inspired renters. 10/10 would recommend Amity to any of my friends or associates!

But finally, I’ve got to concede. I’ve yet to find a website that works worse than this one. This website malfunctions more than a tijuana taxi. It constantly blinks back to the page I was on before 98% of the time trying to use the map, or just plain malfunctions like that in general. CONSTANTLY. The filters often come back with inaccurate results. Even when I type in an address in the search, it flips me back out to the homepage over and over and over again. Tap on directions from their map page and you just get buffering. Stay on the website for more than 10 minutes and it just shuts down completely. If it were a car, I would drive it into a ditch and set it on fire and walk away.

Water was dripping from the ceiling, also onto our tent which was wet. There is no way to put your clothes to dry during the night, and the locker belonging to our tent was unusable. Staff said having it opened would come with a lot of bureaucratic overhead. They were not very friendly either, and quite a few of them don't speak German and didn't understand our questions. There is no dedicated washing area, so your teeth have to be brushed right next to the toilets. Only one pool is open all night while everything else closes between 6pm and 9:30pm. That was unexpected but maybe I should have studied the webpage more thoroughly. During the night it's quite noisy but not because of people but because of some machine (heating/air con/water pumps???). Bring ear plugs! The good thing is that nobody checks your luggage so your own food is definitely tolerated. We saw several families having picnics. And the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. So is the little jungle in the middle of the dome. Don't make the mistake of getting off the shuttle bus at "reception" when staying inside the dome!
