This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. We will be direct: if you give us your contact information, we will reach out to you. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, sign up for our newsletter, request a property showing, submit an inquiry, or otherwise reach out to us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about your real estate goals or interests.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to facilitate this. See our Cookie section below for more information.

Information from social media. If you interact with our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), we may receive information made available through those platforms in accordance with their terms of service.

Information about property transactions. If you engage us as your agent or broker, we will collect information necessary to facilitate a real estate transaction, including financial qualifications, identification documents, and transaction-related communications. This information is collected and handled in accordance with Maryland real estate law and our professional obligations.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Respond to you and provide our services. If you reach out to us — whether through a contact form, email, social media, or phone — we will use your contact information to respond and follow up. This is the primary reason we collect it.

Send you market updates and newsletters. If you opt in to our newsletter or mailing list, we will send you property listings, market insights, neighborhood news, and other content we believe is relevant to you. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Improve our website and services. We use aggregated, anonymized data about how visitors interact with our site to make improvements to content and user experience.

Fulfill our legal and professional obligations. As a licensed real estate brokerage, we are subject to certain recordkeeping and disclosure requirements under Maryland and federal law.

04

Our Commitment: We Contact You. We Don't Share You.

Plain and simple: When you give us your contact information, we will use it to contact you — about your inquiry, about properties that match your interests, and about news and insights we think you'll value. We will not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for their marketing purposes. We will not share your information with any outside company or individual without your explicit, informed consent — ever.

The only exceptions are narrow and necessary: we may share information with licensed professionals directly involved in a transaction you've engaged us for (such as title companies, lenders, inspectors, or attorneys), only to the extent necessary to complete that transaction. We may also disclose information when required by law or court order.

We do not sell personal information. We do not participate in data brokerage. We do not share your information with advertising platforms in ways that associate your identity with your data.

05

Third-Party Service Providers

We use a limited number of trusted third-party tools to operate our business. These may include our website hosting provider, email marketing platform (such as Flodesk or similar), CRM software, and website analytics. These providers may process your information solely on our behalf to deliver these services.

We vet these providers carefully. They are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes or share it with others. They act as data processors under our instructions, not as independent data controllers of your information.

We do not use third-party advertising pixels that track your identity across other websites or link your personal information to behavioral advertising profiles.

06

Cookies

Our website may use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our site. We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site and gather anonymous analytics. We do not use cookies to build a personal profile tied to your identity or to serve behavioral advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of our website.

07

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you were a client in a real estate transaction, we retain transaction records as required by Maryland real estate regulations. If you were a newsletter subscriber who has unsubscribed, we remove you from active marketing lists promptly and retain only a minimal record to honor your opt-out.

08

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. You have the right to know whether we have shared your data, and with whom.

To exercise any of these rights, simply email us. We will respond promptly and without charging a fee.

If you are a Maryland or Virginia resident, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. Contact us if you have questions about your specific rights.

09

Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. That said, no internet transmission is completely secure. Please use good judgment about the sensitivity of information you share via email or online forms.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
